They messed up my order so I - politely - asked for a coupon. They said they would and grabbed my address to mail me a coupon. After not receiving anything after well over a week, I contacted them again to see what's going on. Again they got my address to send me something. And, again, after around two weeks, nothing. Because of the insult I messaged corporate to resolve the issue. Within a few days the Clive Domino's GM messaged me by text. I asked a few questions, and she had the audacity to ignore me.. Why even contact me if you won't speak to me?!.. Weird!
So if customer service is important to you, stay FAR away from this joint!

I tried ordering it in the morning online but it said they weren't taking orders for later. I sat out front from 4 pm - 5:40 pm trying to order it online. I ordered a free 2-topping medium pizza with points. It charged me $1 charge plus tax. The girl said she couldn't fix it. I asked her to speak to a manager but she asked a gal then came back and said she didn't know how to fix it. I noticed the 3 kids making knots were doing it ungloved. I won't be back.

Ryan and his team are doing amazing customer service. They are always welcoming and friendly. I am coming here with my kids and eating here and enjoy!

I ordered pizza for staff at 730am to be delivered at 345pm. Ordered never arrived. I called and was told the order was lost and that it would be remade and delivered in an hour. After almost an hour and a half, I had to call back and be told I wouldn't get my order. They said "no one was home and no one answered the call." The business is open 24/7 and no one called my phone. I was called a liar. Hostess refused to refund both my orders. $71 for today. $140 for tomorrow. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

We'd been ordering from here for a very long time, we always receive fast and exceptional services from the staffs.
An employee( Ryan) provided great service after a previous order that was overcharged couple weeks ago, eventhough it has been fixed already. It wasn't the money that we care for, the service that we received is what made us feel happy!

A pizza with no sauce is not a pizza. Some folks need the quality check BEFORE it goes in the oven. Wouldn't buy from this store (Clive on Hickman) again. 2 customers disappointed, not just one. Would appreciate a gesture but not expecting it.

I ordered from this Domino's and messed up the order online. Thought I had ordered pepperoni and got cheese. I called and stated I got cheese instead of pepperoni and then I looked at the order on my email and realized I had ordered a cheese pizza accidentally. Nicole told me that if I came back up they would bring out a pepperoni pizza. When I arrived they brought the pepperoni pizza PLUS some chocolate lava cakes all free of charge. Very good service and the food was hot!
