This one needs a zero star rating. Got to the speaker at the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes while the cashier was 'busy'. Then, the ordering process for a single meal was difficult and the cashier was rude. Spent over 10 minutes to get one meal and then they put 2 pieces in a 3 piece meal. Just a very tired and run down location with a work ethic that will not keep this one open much longer... at least not while making money.

Have tried numerous times with this kfc. I believe tonight was the final straw..I ordered at 810 the app reflecting they close at 830 and google reflected they closed at 9..used the last bit of my money before payday to order food and pay because well I had a long day to say the least..well at 812 the manager calls as I’ve made it from bee branch to Clinton and says they are closed she cannot fill my order and offers me left overs..tells me my “next” visit to ask for her and she will make it worth my while. Gave me a number to call for a refund and they approved it but can’t receive the money for 3days. Unable to eat dinner that night because of this. Previous times have arrived at 7pm and received no response on the intercom at all no signage saying they were closed as I waited for a few minutes assuming they were busy they just turned all the lights off with employees actively in the building. I would like to give the manager credit for being polite and having some sympathy she stated she was a new manager so hopefully she heard my concerns and can improve the restaurant

I like this KFC usually. They are always so polite an quick to give seniors discount when asked. But u can keep the new barbecue. I even asked if there was cole slaw on it an there wasn't. They wouldn't put a spoonful on it for you, but they offered to sell you a side of it! Which was more than the sandwich! Nevertheless pass on the barbecue sandwich even for $1.99 its not worth anything.

This was a very nice KFC. We initially went there to get Long John Silver's, but apparently that part of the restaurant was shut down for the time being. Pretty disappointing of that fact. But we ordered KFC instead and the host was very excellent with his customer service. Going out of his way to deliver our food to our table and also making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Just because of that I would give this place five stars, but because Long John Silver's was closed, it had to be four.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo and requested it to be a large. I got the standard size that the combo comes with. And was told it would be 7 to 10 minutes before my order was cooked and ready. I sat parked for almost an hour and no food. Went i side and spoke to the Manager Zane and got myborder refunded. They parked the car in front of me and about 3 others from behind me. One of the cars that had been behind got their food. Would not recommend ever going here.

Do yourself a favor and pass right on by this restaurant. They are constantly out of menu items, don't have the buffet properly stocked, are outrageously stingy with the condiments, and the dining room is usually not clean.

I was wanted some spicy chicken and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo. Got to the window only to find out the spicy is in the mayo so, I got a chicken sandwich.
