Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes in Clinton MS has got to be the sorriest Popeyes in the world. I don't know why I keep coming back to this Popeyes. Disappointment after disappointment. Worker's are rude but they get it honest because there is a believe to be Mgr (lady) in there that loud and rude as well. The drive wait is ridiculous. I also hate when ordering after each item being asked is that all? There is no patience. Not to mention majority of the time the order has been filled wrong. This place disgusts me. Think I am going to start driving into Jackson and see how that service is.

Whoever works their drive through needs training in customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. After waiting *atleast* 3 minutes in an empty line the employee, a woman, asked me for my order and cut me off to have a completely different conversation with someone on the inside. She would ask me to repeat myself and when I'd speak she'd resume talking to someone else(and it happened more than once!)! I just drove off. Ridiculous.

Took so long to get to the speaker. Once the employees saw how long the drive through was they proceeded to lock the door. Sure it was a busy night but all fridays are busy. Got to the speaker an hour after waiting and was informed that the only sides avaliable were fries. Really? Not spending my coupons for that!

Food itself was decent, but not great. Out of all but one dipping sauces. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Staff was not friendly or helpful (didn't mention dipping sauce problems until asked, even tho it was ordered in the mobile app). Glad we were only passing thru on a trip, & not my local store, as we definitely wouldn't be back.

It took forever to get the food. It took about 20 minutes to get to the window. After receiving the food, we asked for ketchup, honey, and hot sauce. The girl at the window said they don’t have any. You sell chicken and you don’t have that?! Doesn’t make sense. Also, there were no spoons or forks in the sack for the mashed potatoes. Then, also asked for 2 food trays to be able to split the food between 2 people, was told again that they didn’t have any. Well, what do you have? If the doors are locked for no dining in and you have to go through the drive thru only, how do you not have any of these things??

Worker at drive through speaker was very inpatient, she did not give me much time to order. I was being rushed and “the drive through line is out to the road”, I was only sitting there for about 5 minutes total and when I finally got to the window I was told they did not have change for my $100 dollar bill. It was a Friday at that. Around 12PM 01/21/22. It was a very frustrating experience. I understand you have a job to do and it can be really busy during lunch time but I do believe that everything I experienced was unacceptable. I hope service improves in these areas soon.
