Not sure about the other reviewers… but this location is great in the 4-5 times I’ve been here. Food is always very fresh and very hot, and they are FAST. There could be 3-4 cars in the line and I’m still through the drive through window in less than 5 minutes. Yum!

At one point this was my favorite restaurant to go to. The service has declined tremendously. I love the breakfast (steak) crunch wrap but the last two I purchased had very little meat in it and today I arrived at 7:55am, waited in my car until 8am(opening time), stood at the locked door for 5 minutes(ignored by those prepping inside), called and was told to wait outside for 5 more minutes(33 degrees outside). It's been 10 minutes(doors are still locked) and I'm considering going to Chick-fil-a or Wendy's.

Went inside to order. Was helped by "Q" and it was a breath of fresh air in this region. Customer service is lacking everywhere these days, but Q seems to genuinely care about making customers happy.
Food was sloppily prepared and the fountain drink station wasn't working well, but customer service & the lobby were great.

This food was horrible as well ast the service I went on 5/22/22 around 5:45/6pm never in my life have I ever had Taco Bell that taste this bad Not to mention I’m feeling nauseous there was absolutely no meat on the tacos it was as if they were running low the guy who took my order(drive through by the way ) sounded as if he hated his job/laying down.I feel sick as I’m typing this I’ll never eat Taco Bell again!!!! Thanks alot!!!!

I order from here quite a bit, from Doordash, and the food is always great. The crunchwrap is my favorite. Unfortunately lately they have been forgetting to put things in the bag. Napkins I can understand, but not food items. First, it was a $1.75 taco, last time it was the crunchwrap, $5.65!! I get my money back from Doordash, but that doesn't help when you're hungry, have no car, and in a wheelchair! C'mon guys, check the bag before you seal it up for delivery.

Drive thru service was impeccable!
The tall guy at the window on Saturday 4/2/22 around 10pm had wonderful customrr service. Almost made me feel like I was at Chick Fil A lowkey 😆😆😆

0 stars. I was picking up an Uber eat order and the scumbag manager or whatever was in charge was trying to make me wait in the drive thru with a long line. Other places don't do that.

I usually find a reason to give stars. The one star is for convenience. It was on the way home. The young lady at the window sounded as if she was bored, incredibly depressed or my husband said "give her a break, maybe they're being held up". We asked what was a quesalupa. Apparently it's "like a taco". One shell or two.. "one mam" LIES! It was nothing like the description we pulled from her. Are we the only people that didn't know what this was? And why is the regular quesadilla always 1/4 filled or is that just this taco bell? Would you like sauce? We say "yes please, medium ". We get nothing. And we paid 10.00 plus for this dining experience. Picture is an actual quesalupa...for those that don't know.
