THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MAZZIOS I CAME HERE THE PIZZA HAD BARELY NO CHEESE AND WAS JUST THROWED TOGETHER AND VERY NASTY CRUST WAS HARD PASTA HAD NO MEAT EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL NO CHEESE FOR SALAD BAR EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND MANAGER GETTO THEY I ATE IN IT WAS NOT CLEAN SALAD BAR LOOKED A MESS THIS WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE MY STOMACH HURT I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! DID I MENTION BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Manager was rude. Order was wrong she refuse to fix the order. Shift leader called someone on the phone(Supposed to be her boss) and lied about the reason. She called me out my name attempted to fight me and refuse to fix the problem and refuse to refund.I called the police because of the hostile Environment. Manager came and did not attempt to fix the problem. Police stated they always have problems similar to mine. . I’m a cancer patient who simply was trying to enjoy her meal after treatment. And was treated badly. Upon looking at the reviews on their Facebook page and online they treat all their customers bad and the Restaurant is nasty. Look for yourself

My sister and myself went to mazzio's to enjoy the salad bar. But instead ended up ordering a salad from the menu. To discover later, the menu salad was prepared from the salad bar. The initial reason for NOT ordering from the salad bar is because it was an absolute mess! Salad dressing, and topping spreaded/spilled across bar, topping dropped into container with other topping. The appearance of the bar was very undesirable. But, the employees were friendly and the dinning room was clean.

I visit this location often however today was my LAST TIME. I received a free buffet coupon for my birthday via email. I receive some type of offer every year. The coupon clearly states present this email IT DOES NOT STATE PRINT. And when you sign up for the club it does not state you must own a printer (I do but it’s an eclub; smh) The General Manager Wayne Skelton refuse to honor the coupon. It was not a screen shot; it was my email with my full name on it. I use to be a store manager years ago & employees use to remember codes to hook their friends up. You don’t penalize customers you fire thieves!!! Please understand I can pay for a buffet for everyone in there and the employees!! I was totally disappointed. It’s 2022 and people have to print out coupons??!! If that’s the case install a wireless printer in your store. I drove 30 minutes for poor service and even worse management. I only hope Wayne figures out how to manage his loss prevention without penalizing customers bc he failed to provide a reason!!

Keep hoping this place gets better, and somehow they get worse. Service, food quality and atmosphere is bottom of the barrel. This was once a great run, good food while being a family establishment and it went to pot. Buffet is NEVER fully stocked and salad bar looks like a soccer team ran through the middle of it. It will be closing in the next few months.

Run don't walk!. This place is styled after CC's Pizza but misses by a country mile. We had lunch there and were astonished by the dirt and mess, the cardboard pizza, the wilted salad offerings, and the apathetic staff. The spaghetti was down to the crusty bottom of the bin when we arrived and was in the same condition just before we left. There was absolutely no effort to clean up the line that I ever saw. They just kept shoveling that nasty, greasy pizza out like they were feeding livestock. When I asked if they ever planned to fill the pasta bin I was greeted by vacant stares. We just left in total disgust

The Best Pizza Hands Down!. Mazzio's is my favorite pizza place by far! I always love going to the buffet. The best thing about the buffet is, if there is a type of pizza you want that's not on it, you just tell them what you want and how many slices. They put the rest on the buffet (I just learned that after all of these years)!<br/><br/>Mazzio's hot wings are THE BEST. I prefer them ran 1 1/2 times or twice. I don't think there is anything on the menu at Mazzio's that I do not enjoy.
