Decided to give the Asian Zing Cauliflower Wings a try and they were absolutely delicious! I loved the zestyness of the sauce, and the accompanying peppers added a nice amount of heat. The chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken itself could have been a little...plumper. The service was incredibly slow. We eventually approached the bartender and told her we'd tip her well if she took care of us, which she did!

Poor service, poor management. Very poor preparation on very basic wings.. how hard is it to make wings. As if someone through threw a hand full of rub and a dribble of sauce and said ok my work is done. To add, no requested sauce, no requested preference on wing type, and a children's cup of fries.... for $15 you are better off going elsewhere. By the way this is mild buffalo. I wrote to the manager who could not seem to find out what was wrong with this picture and continued asking irrelevant questions over email rather than actively addressing the kitchen staff.

Where do I begin? I get there 5 minutes early and my food was still cold. I ordered 15 wings with 2flavors. Each box had at least 5oz of sauce. There was so much that the wings ripped through the box. I asked for extra crispy and got soggy/soft wings. The fries were cold as well. They didn’t even put any paper in the box before throwing in the wings. I Even saw a cook sneeze over the fryer. Nvr again at that location. & I don’t even make reviews, but I just couldn’t let this one go since I usually go to that location. If you wake up and decide that you’re going to mess with people’s food, you should just call in. Didn’t even get the celery I asked for.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I've worked with food, I know how to treat customers. This company needs to fire their employees and hire new ones who know how to talk respectfully. Never had an issue with this place before this incident. They messed up the same order, not once but twice. THE SAME EXACT ORDER. Again, after today, will never be buying from here again. Super rude, they need to learn some manners.

I ordered through grubhub last night and because they don’t have any special instructions in the app I always call as soon as I order. I give my name, full order etc and I let the person know I wanted my wings fried hard and extra wet and these wings came to me cold, barely any sauce on them and soggy which I hate hence why i specify i want them fried hard. the wings were gummy and didn’t even taste fully cooked. so i had twenty dry, uncooked wings I couldn’t eat. me and my sister were also here last week and the place is always empty but there isn’t ever any servers. the bartender had to tend to us, work the bar AND then seat two other tables so she was clearly being overworked. why they don’t at least have one other wait staff present is beyond me but this location could use some work. a million people in the kitchen yet no one helped this bartender on the floor.

I had a great Time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My Sister and I went here. I tried the blazing challenge with the blazing wings. They were Good. The All American Cheeseburger was Good too. My Sister had the Buffalo Wings and some kind of burger with avocado on it. She said that it was Good. I got to watch the Hockey Game there too. The Chicago Blackhawks were playing
