The curly fries were crispy, the smokehouse brisket was tender and flavorful, both delicious. I ordered the special offered free Jamocha shake but received a vanilla shake with no explanation. It was good but l would have liked to get what l ordered, my favorite.

The people were courteous and quick. My only concerns were the table where I sat with my date had crumbs on it. She chose the table.
They also didn't enforce wearing masks to the counter. Signs posted on the door stated customers would be denied access or service for entering without a mask or going to the register without a mask. I understand everyone has an opinion about masks, but like they require you to wear clothes and shoes when eating there, masks are also required by them. If it's important enough to put on a door, it's important enough to enforce in the building.

It was good dining experience. Great food reasonably priced and on par for an Arby's. Staff was helpful and pleasant, will definitely go back. Had the beef and cheddar, made to perfection. Thank you for an enjoyable meal!

Nice staff, fast food, and overall great service. The only thing is that there is a weird smell on the inside. But the food is always good. I've never had any problems from this store.

Very friendly. Very patient. Even came out to check on us as we dined in. Good enough that it deserved to be known here! Glad that there are still people who know good customer service, even during a hurricane post clean up,time. Love the food, love the people!

I came through the drive thru with less than an hour until closing. It was a Friday and also a pay day. They had been very busy for quite a while. I ordered a Turkey Sandwich (my favorite from here) combo, and proceeded to the checkout window. There was an employee and manager working. Everyone else was gone for the night. These two were so nice and just a pleasure to talk to. I have work in customer service for several years that different types of restaurants. I know how tired you can be towards the end of the night and sometimes you don't want to be chatty or even super friendly after a busy shift. This was not the case with these two employees they were friendly they were helpful as I was asking them where a specific ATM with located nearby. My sandwich was amazing I have been ordering the same sandwich for years and it was maybe one of the best I have ever had. To wrap this up, my experience at this Arby's was wonderful one of the best I've ever had at an Arby's ever.

I found this place to be very clean. Sometimes you do have to wait for and item, but the staff here are friendly and the manager I've seen while I've been there really cares about her crew. She motivates them and encourages them in a positive manner. Very professional.

Food was good, our service was good. There was like 4 people at the counter that had to come back because something wasn't right with their order. For some reason the area around the counter smelled like septic gas... not sure what that was about. Will go back, food was good.
