I went through the drive through on 10/25. I had excellent customer service by the window person. Food was great too.

Went here for dinner with what I thought was a few minutes to close but rhe gentlemen working informed me they had struggled to get their hours updated on Google and they had another hour till closing. They were polite and light hearted. Took my order and advised it was going to be fresh because it was close enough to closing they didn't have any of what I asked for pre-made. They had my pull around to wait while they prepared my meal. When they brought it out they informed me they upgraded my fry due to wait. I probably only waited 5 minutes which I was not fussing about ad I didn't. Ind getting extra fresh food. Over all the experience was better here then at the layton location last week when they informed us they were only were only doing door dash orders and sent us on our way.

The manager was working the counter. He personally brought our shakes to our table. Then, when our food was ready, he brought it out as well. I'm not used to this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. It was very much appreciated. Thank you

The food is the same good stuff you get at every other Arby's. The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful, for a fast food place they exceed my expectations every time.

Customer service was VERY good. Had to wait a little longer for the food but the quality was top notch! Rob helped me at the drive thru and was very friendly. One of the best drive thru experiences I’ve had.

Fish sandwich had very little sauce on it.
There was a maintenance guy popping ceiling tiles in the cooking area dropping ceiling tile fragments.... pretty disgusting.

Food was great, I had the smokehouse brisket sandwich double the meat without the sauce because it hides the flavor, service was better than usual, atmosphere was great because I went to the drivthrough in my awesome Jeep!
