Tim Hortons

I want to give kudos to the young man at the window. I didn't get his name, but he was a young black guy. Last week, I went to this location and the line was pretty long and there was a long wait. When we got to the drive-thru window, he was apologetic, very professional and pleasant. A lot of times when this happens, you rarely get an apology. I want to encourage this young man to keep that positive and pleasant attitude!

I just sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes for a coffee which was actually fresh and perfect. The only downside is the customer service, first the cashier quotes the wrong price, then laughs about it and then was extremely rude at the window, as a customer who used to work in fast food and understand you should always thank your customer's and tell them to have a nice day, thanks her and tell her to have a good day and her reply was: yup. I guess customer service is not important anymore and cashiers are allowed to be rude.

Polite staff for the most part. Improving, certainly.... But the coffees so inconsistent! Sometimes my cold brew tastes like coffee, most times like water... Before I tried the see-through cold brew though, my iced coffee would be the same. Too much ice, or no ice at all... The flavors sweeten it sometimes but others will tell me it doesnt. It's just- not been consistent. I cant even figure out what I like, or how to order it. Its like a game, i just hope whatever I get is drinkable, and full of caffeine. :P

Soups have been horrible lately. Watered down and no flavor. Service is super slow. Only car in drive through and had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. Used to work here and I took pride in my customers food and now everytime I come here I wish I went somewhere else. Always missing something on my sandwich. Or if I add something they remove something else. Just bad all around now.
