Tim Hortons

This is my Tim Hortons location :) I absolutely love the customer service they provide and most importantly my vanilla iced coffee is always made to perfection!! The birthday Tim bits are my fav currently and I just can’t seem to get enough!!!! I typically make two stops a day , one in the morning and one at night. Service has never been an issue. The only reason I gave four stars was because there have been quite a few times where they were completely out of my Birthday Tim Bits and the Birthday tim bits are the reason I visit Hortons once or twice a day.

Unfortunately not good. I had a late evening (9pm) craving for a Boston Cream donut; I have had this craving for a couple weeks, since having missed my annual paczki. The service was fine but I feel the workers should have informed me that ALL of the donuts were dry! The worst part was that they only had ONE custard donut left, so I took it. Unbeknownst to me Tim tried to get fancy with this donut, it had white frosting and thick green sprinkles on it, it was also shaped like a heart. I guess this explains the dryness, we're a month past Valentine's 😆 I don't eat sweets that often, I mainly stick to the keto diet, so you can probably feel my pain; there's nothing worse than being upset on reward day! I also ordered some Timbits, they were the only highlight. I ended up dissecting my failed custard donut and spreading the cream on my Timbits, but this trip was an overall miss!
