Hit or miss. Some days are good but other days it’s questionable. My coffee tasted like water and a splash of coffee. I ordered through the mobile app and went couple minutes later and it wasn’t ready which is understandable for sure if they’re crowded with orders but when I went it was empty. I finally got my order after waiting but I didn’t get what I had ordered and had to leave because I was starting to run late for work.

They need more staff. It gets too busy for just two people. I placed a mobile order.. got there in 10 min to pick it up and still waited 15 min. Meanwhile people who have just arrived and ordered in the moment are getting their things before me. Why have a mobile ordering system then?

DO NOT come to this place. Manager is very rude and YELLS at pregnant woman. I had ordered online and went to go pick up my order, which they had messed up. I tried to explain to the manager that what I had ordered online I had not received. I showed him the mobile receipt of what was ordered and was promptly YELLED at and was not given proper customer service. The manager then proceeded to make me call an 800 number where I further explained the situation. By the end I had received ALL of my money back from Dunkin donuts corporate and wouldn’t have had to deal with the stress (mind you I am 8 months pregnant) had the manager dealt with the situation the way he should have. All he had to do was make me the drink that I had actually ordered and proved that it was already paid for from the app. DO NOT come here. Horrible customer service

Rolled out of bed and decided to try curbside pickup. They don’t have designated spots for it so you need to park by the door and put hazards on. Ordered at 9:22 and nobody came out still at 9:42. I saw my order sitting there. I decided to walk in and just pick it up. By that point hash browns were cold. Also they gave me a snack wrap I didn’t order. Someone must be missing a snack wrap! No point in offering curb side pickup if you have to walk in anyway. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house so I’ll be frequenting it still.

I went for a simple order two iced coffees with milk and sugar. Cashiers were great. They had no smiles and were frustrated but it was understandable. The manager was sitting down during a rush of customers falsifying the log sheet while the two boys were busting their rumps. Coffee was great and fresh.

Our ordering process today was a lot better than the last time we were here. (Different workers were there last time over a year ago.)
The two gentlemen working at the counter were pleasant and friendly and gave us our orders quickly.

Two horrible experiences here. Once, someone got into my car in the parking lot and I asked them to review the tapes. Said there is no manager so I left my info and they never checked on it.
Today, I grabbed a latte from the Dunkin by my house on my way to work. When I got to work, I dropped it in the parking lot, so I took a pic and took the broken cup to the Dunkin by my job asking for a replacement. They told me I had to take it all the way back to the location by my house... obviously I cant do that as I am at work, I cant take an hour to go all the way back. Ridiculous.
