Pizza Hut

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong with my order. I normally order online, it’s supposed to be more convenient even for the store, right? Not right! Incorrect!! I even called the store ONE MINUTE after I ordered off the website to confirm they would not mess anything up, yet they still managed to. Terrible customer service - the employees try to act as if a worker is the manager when they are not, until you call them on their bluff and they forward you to ‘their manager’ and a terrible website. Just go to any other store and don’t order on the website.

Worse place ever! I didn’t even want to give it a one star but I guess I have to if want to give a review. The guy taking the orders at the register tells everyone there order is gonna take more than 30/40 mins to prepare so everyone leaves I witnessed it myself. Every time I call they pick up put you on hold forever and then they hang up on you. I called so many times and no answer so I had to go there myself so I hear the guy on the register tell the guys there not to pick up those dam phones anymore very rude young guy the one with the glasses. I ordered pizza it was undercooked and they did not give me my money back. Will never go back. All they do is chill in the back like they’re in high school. I got insulted by the cashier very young guy and no manager to complain. So they can keep my money I will never go back! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible custumer service. Dont usually post because I am a calm person. Firsy strike was when pizza hut sent me a special for free cheese sticks if a made an order. I did, got my order with no free cheese sticks. Did not show up on the receipt, since it was in store pick up I looked for the email they sent me. Did not get my free cheese nor I could use the coupon later on because it had been used. I was upset. This tile the front desk was mean. I agree with the other reviews!!!
