Excellent service. Every time. I shop at all three locations but the Clifton Park store is closest to my house. I like that the butchers make recommendations to help me figure out how much to buy - especially when I'm entertaining. The other thing that I like is that everyone is friendly. And the fact that I can get a restaurant quality Prime beef is HUGE!

Primal butcher has the best in marinated chicken and steak tips, and they always provide very friendly customer service. There isn't any waste with their meats, and they are always there to answer your questions and suggest which product to get. I highly recommend this establishment for your meats.

Great experience every time I have been in. Good selection of quality meats and the staff are always willing to give advice on cuts and preparation methods. Pretty darn good selection of hot and cold sandwiches too.

Very fresh and rich steaks. Some of the best seasonings and quality sides we have ever had. We brought 5 star quality food from primal and enjoyed it in the comfort of our home!

I love it here! The meat is always top quality, the staff is amazing, and their house steak tips are to die for. And a bonus is their rewards program through Fivestars where you can earn free products.

I ordered two large deli platters. They were $70 each so I paid over $140 for deli meat. What I got was two plastic platters of kale, with maybe pound of each meat in it. They included way more cheese than necessary and skimped on the meat. I at least expected 2 - 3 pounds of each meat for the price I paid. It was highway robbery.

Go to Fred the Butcher or Sorrentino's.Came in to buy steak tips. Ended up with tough and stringy meat. Last time I trust these guys. Can't believe I am saying this, but got to Market 32 for steak tips. Such garbage. I guess the guy with the mustache thought I had never had good meat. OK, you fooled me once, but I will let everyone know what a bad deal you are and how you will take advantage of someone if you think you can get away with it.
