Great restaurant. Very clean and a great place where you can sit and spend a lot of time. I have sat at this Panera and worked all morning. Food is also great. I really like the simple menu but healthy menu. You can order ahead on the Panera app. The pick up experience is seamless. Highly recommend this place.

This place always screwed my orders. I live ten minutes from here, picked up my foods and have to turn back around again to pick up a missing orders. Sometimes take me longer due to Clifton park traffic. They really need to pay attention to people orders instead of talking non stop. Seriously can y’all once get my orders right.

I ordered food around 1 hour and 40 minutes ago. called the place asking them if my order is still at the shop. the person on the phone hanged up on me! the food is good and ordered many times but at least tell me something before hanging up on a customer.

Their food can be a bit expensive but their customer service is excellent. the fact that i can get a bakery item for 99 cents to turn my purchase into a meal is amazing. their employee Rohan was very nice to me and explained me through the menu as it was my first time eating there.

I like Panera bread food, especially they salad and cookies. This days you’re lucky if able to purchase a cookie.
Update doing delivery with Panera through door dash is horrible. You can drive to Albany and Schenectady and come back and still didn’t receive your order. It’s horrible

I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed w/chicken salad online for curbside pickup This has been a favorite of mine for years. Lately I've been having issues w/my left knee which makes walking difficult. So curbside pickup is a blessing.

Great food as usual at Panera. Experience was so so... I arrived at prime lunch hour and there were 2 self serve kiosks down and only 2 working with a line to the front door. It's really hard to articulate such a large menu by just what's displayed behind the counter... You are almost rushed by the person behind you if you dont know what you want.. Staff found our table without any problems. Had to remind them about beverages which were on my order but were not on the tray when delivered.

Thank you for the $6.99 Mac and Cheese that was 1/3 of the way full. I guess if I wanted a full bowl I should have said something when I placed my order. This seems to happen a lot from this place. Last time they forgot the bread bowl, time before that it was the grilled cheese sandwich that was missing. I really need to stop trying with this place.
