Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. After having a terrible experience at another pizza restaurant I decided not to eat there for the night and go here instead. The staff even though few were working, were able to go above and beyond and accommodate me by bringing the pizza to my truck because I had a sleeping kid. No issues ordering on their web app and they actually got my pizza cooked 10 minutes before the time the app said it would be ready. Special thanks to Serena for walking it out to my truck!

Ordered online, it was easy. Had it delivered. Just being lazy. Took a while but it was still warm. Tastes good. Looked good. Driver was super nice.

Absolutely the worst managed franchise. Do NOT order from here. I placed an order online. Fifteen minutes later I received a text saying it was on it's way. The franchise is 15 minutes from my house. Forty minutes later I called to check on the status and was told the driver had multiple deliveries and that he should be here any minute. Thirty minutes after that I called and was told the driver had 5 orders and mine was fifth. I told them I didn’t want a pizza and cheese sticks that had been in a car for over an hour. I was told that the manager said she couldn’t cancel the order but that I could get a free pizza next time. 20 minutes after that the pizza still hadn’t arrive. I received a phone call saying that my pizza had been delivered to my neighbor’s house and the order had been cancelled. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was too busy to talk to me. After asking the person on the phone multiple times to go get the manager, he hung up on me When I called back they picked up and immedialty hung up again.
The worst experience I’ve had and the worst customer service. I should have been told we are sorry we are making a new order and will have it to you immediately. Now it is two hours after my order and we are cooking frozen pizza.

Called and placed an order. The total amount was $19 plus tax. The amount charged was $34. Tax and delivery fee shouldn’t ever be $15 on a $20 order. I called to complain and she said there was a $5 delivery charge. I said that still doesn’t add up to $34 dollars and to her I wanted a refund. She hung up on me. I called back, asked for a manager, she said none was available and she hung up on me again. The third time I called I asked her why she kept hanging up on me and she said because they were busy. Third times a charm I guess and I got my refund, but way to lose a customer for life.

This Papa John's pizza is one of the slowest understaffed locations. It took 3 hours to receive our pizza. If your ordering from them expect it to be a long wait as the last 3 times ordering from them It's been a minimum of 2-3 hours before our pizzas were delivered. I will say the pizza was fresh and warm when it finally arrived, just took forever.

I really like Papa John's Pizza. The problem lately is that if you call in an order for pick up, your call does not connect directly to your local Papa John's. It connects to an answering service that takes your order. That's fine, but there was a language birder and I could not understand the lady and she could not understand me. I speak very clearly. She also spent a lot of time trying to upsell me and add more to the order. I knew exactly what I wanted when I called and would have asked for this other stuff if I had wanted those add ons. Finally, when I picked up the pizza, it was the wrong pizza. We settled for what we got ..... and it was very good ..... but, the point is that after everything, it was not what we ordered. Good score for taste, but a fail on the ordering system and everything else. I must say the folks at the actual location were very nice and when I mentioned the problem my wife and I had in the ordering process, they did mention that others had some difficulty with it as well. I was told if I hit number 5 when calling when options were offered, it would connect me directly to their actual store.

Strongly recommend you push 5 when calling in for delivery, that will connect you to the actual location you order from. (The people that take your call are only a general order center.) I ordered pizza at 4:42 and it is 6:30 and still haven't received it. This is not the delivery persons fault. Either way, all of the guys working get to have cold or mushy pizza. I understand short staffing in these days and time, but PaPa Johns, you should ONLY offer pick up at this point! If you know you are understaffed for delivery drivers, then let people know. I was unable to leave and get it, otherwise I would have done so. WILL NOT EVER ORDER OUT FROM THEM AGAIN.

After ordering both delivery and carry out at least 10 times since moving here, we have had nothing but bad experiences. This time was the last straw, after our order disappeared the guy up front told me there was no contact information for any of the management. I then called and pressed 5, and was told to hold for someone and was hung up on. This location is seriously tarnishing the papa John’s name.
