the people working when I went, 7:20am, had no clue what they were doing. they had to remake one of the orders we got and then spilled my iced Americano and to fix it they just filled it with hot coffee, instead of remaking it with espresso. if I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for a refund.

Went Wednesday at 6 am to try the iced coffee, idk what I think I have been drinking my whole life , I thought it was iced coffee, til I went here and got a French vanilla with whipped topping iced coffee, hands down , no comparison!!!!! I'm converted.
