Thistledown

I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment, answering questions and filling an application by hand. But I was pleasantly surprised. On K&D website I was able to do everything online, uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement, both filled in and signed the application electronically, from the comfort of my home. It took about half an hour or so. Didn't tour an apartment yet but I have lived in K&D owned apartments before and I know for a fact that they take care of their apartment buildings. Beats me why everybody else will have you do all this in person. C'mon now, it's the 21st century, after all. Kudos to K&D! I totally enjoyed the procress of filling in an application online.
