Been going here on and off for years, never had much of an issue. Every single employee I've dealt with has been wonderful, whether it was in the drive thru or inside. The service is pretty fast, and even if you have to wait a moment for your order, it doesn't feel like you're waiting long. Great spot to hang out with friends on warmer days.

Beyond out did themselves ! The halloween decorations are amazing my kids loved coming up and seeing everything . Customer service by the entire staff was also amazing 10/10 for this store the kids who are working hard and the amazing management tonight who gave us excellent service

I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Best location, hands down. Always great service, great deals throughout the week, & very friendly staff. Never had an issue here. Best ice cream cakes, too.

This is the best DQ in Cleveland! Their blizzards are extremely consistent and always have a lot of toppings. The service is very quick and the workers are polite! Love their $2.99 blizzards on Wednesdays too!

I live pretty much right across the street from this establishment and have gone there on a handful of occasions to get a small blizzard. Every single time they are busy, and every single time they are amazingly nice to me, and SO fast with my order. Could not be happier with my service, whoever is training them is top notch and I say keep it up!!

Every single time I come here I get amazing service. Dan and Jas took care of us at the drive through today. They were both very polite and informative about the receipt day coming up. I like this location a lot and I won’t go to any other one even though I live much closer to the Memphis and Parma locations. Keep up the good work we need and deserve good businesses with good service in the lower income areas of the city. Update two years later: came the other day and the service is still phenomenal 10/10!
