Been going here on and off for years, never had much of an issue. Every single employee I've dealt with has been wonderful, whether it was in the drive thru or inside. The service is pretty fast, and even if you have to wait a moment for your order, it doesn't feel like you're waiting long. Great sp
Beyond out did themselves ! The halloween decorations are amazing my kids loved coming up and seeing everything . Customer service by the entire staff was also amazing 10/10 for this store the kids who are working hard and the amazing management tonight who gave us excellent service
Best Dairy Queen in Cleveland area. All the employees are great and friendly. Never had a bad blizzard always made to perfection!
They are quick , accurate and polite. Very different than most places now. I hope the owner or manager can give all their crews some praise and hopefully compensate for a job well done. I would not want to lose this money making crew.
They open at 10:30am. They are accommodating to those waiting.
I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Best location, hands down. Always great service, great deals throughout the week, & very friendly staff. Never had an issue here. Best ice cream cakes, too.

This is the best DQ in Cleveland! Their blizzards are extremely consistent and always have a lot of toppings. The service is very quick and the workers are polite! Love their $2.99 blizzards on Wednesdays too!

I'm not sure who is doing the hiring and training at this place but the staff here without fail always provides the best experience and friendliness. The ice cream is like even better because of it. Keep it up!!!
Every single time I come here I get amazing service. Dan and Jas took care of us at the drive through today. They were both very polite and informative about the receipt day coming up. I like this location a lot and I won’t go to any other one even though I live much closer to the Memphis and Parma
