Food was good, service was great. We ate inside and our biggest complaint were the sticky floors. Anyone who walked thru the dining room was having their shoes stick to the floor which made for noisy walking. Not many people were eating in. So, it's not an issue if you use the drive thru.
Food was typical Wendy's, which was good. The dining room was clean and neat. A+ It was the service at the counter that could use some work. Cashier was so kind and helpful, I didn't know that they have a new pumpkin frosty and i aske for a chocolate flavor, she let e know that new flavor and said : I'm giving you a little bit so you can try it. She was awesome, we need to see more good Customer Service, in this years we have been losin
Food was good. An employee at the counter was on a personal phone call when I entered the building. She did enough but could have been more focused on her job. Drive thru was busy but moving steadily during lunch rush. Very pricey meals.
Food was excellent. Employees were nice and friendly. I’m sorry that Wendy’s can’t add employees to the shift. These people were non stop working hard. Bravo to them!
This place has improved since the last times I've been here, pretty fast, cheap & hits the spot. Haven't had an order messed up during my recent visits
The service at 15170 Bagley Rd in Middleburg Heights is great! The food is better than most others as well.
Good management. I stopped at this Wendy’s location around 11pm after a late night at the office. I was the only person in line, placed my order and was told to pull forward to wait for my order. Had an awesome fix to a simple issue, I asked for the number 2. Baconator combo. I paid and didn’t look at the receipt. When I got back to work, I noticed it was a single but I really wanted the double. The manager was happy to replace the single with the double, at no extra charge! Thank you sir! I
Ordered online. Food was ready and accurate very soon after arrival.
