We go during the day and they are very friendly people. Linda at the counter greets everyone . we sit with friends for a couple hours and hear the greetings from the counter people.

I just had an order for delivery and the food was still hot and it was delicious. I didn't catch the delivery woman's name but she was very nice and got there before time she was very friendly and put up with my questions about the delivery. Loved it and looking to order delivery more. And give your delivery woman the recognition she deserves

Each time I visit this restaurant it's been great. The store and rest rooms are clean, food given to you in a timely manner and the right temperature with pretty good customer service

Got a delivery from door dash and I love Burger King it’s probably my favorite fast food and out of all the burger kings I’ve ate at this store has the best tasting food without a doubt the only thing I can really complain about is I didn’t get my milkshake but it’s door dash I don’t get a milkshake from anywhere with door dash I would love to shake the general managers hand cause they know what they’re doing good stuff Burger King!

These guys at 4:30 In the morning fired up The char boiler for me and my Brothers mobile order when no one else in Cleveland could seem to get our meal. After fighting to find a place to eat for 2 and a 1/2 hours. We just wanna let you guys know you guys are the Absolute fkn truth For that🙏🙏

I work at Facing History New Tech High School as a math teacher. I made a lunch order for my students from this Burger King two days ahead. Staff members were extremely professional starting from taking my order until handing me the order. They even helped me take the bags to the car! Very friendly staff! Great, fast service! Love the professionalism!
