Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Tempura roll fantastic but the Giant Eel Roll is too big to eat in a decent manner plus it contains too much fillers. Overall still a decent place.
Good sushi. Some of the best sushi that I've had in the Cleveland area- very fresh and the spicy sauce actually has heat to it.
Good Sushi. I have dined at Pacific East a time or two, last night being the first time at the Woodmere location. The seaweed salad was huge, and I got three rolls -- two had eel and the other Kani. I think they have good sushi. I have never had an amazing experience there though, at both locations... they just don't have top notch service like you would expect. It was basically dead in there and we had a hard time getting our waiter over to our table. I noticed the couple next to us having a hard time as well. (There were only 3 tables filled, including us). Other than that, its fairly priced, and the food tastes good.

Gem of Eton. If you like Japanese food, don't miss this small intimate happening dining experience on a Saturday night or any night..It didn't feel like the burbs. Kind friendly restauranteurs making you feel welcome and your business appreciated..... and oh and the food, smokey miso soup, soba noodles in a huge bowl covered in steaming hot broth with tofu, vegetables and earthy mushrooms. My daughter had chunky chicken yakatori appetizer and the shrimp tempura appetizer perfectly crunchy with a sweet and salty dipping sauce. the three of us shared the vegetarian teriyaki, which if you have never had this on its sizzling platter with broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn & broccoli on top of fried silken tofu, that carmelizes to a crunch in the teriyaki sauce on the hot platter. the ginger salad dressing is a nice compliment to the american salad, but I wish they had a different salad, the greens were not up to the standards of the rest of the meal. Didn't try the sushi, but I didn't see anyone leave a bite of sushi or sashimi on there plates at surrounding tables. Next time, and I know there will be many visits to Pacific East, my family agrees.

This was my first time here this place won me over for sure. My server Kiki was amazing and tentive. The food was fresh and my appitizer and wine only took 5 minutes to come out I highly recommend. They have hand sanitizer at ever table very safe during covid

Best sushi in Ohio! My wife and I moved to Cleveland from NYC where they have hundreds of great sushi spots. And this was amazing, even for NYC standards. We got spicy yellowtail, spicy tuna, and the Empire roll. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend stopping in here to order SUSHI!
Absolutely fantastic experience. Best sushi I have ever had and presentation was perfect. I chose a X-mas roll (tuna and avocado), Philadelphia roll (salmon and avocado), and octopus sashimi. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service and food you get.

I always have the best experience coming here. The service is great not to mention that the sushi is AMAZING! The fish is always fresh and the tempura is perfectly fried. Definitely will be coming back again and again!

Took my mom to ππππ’ππ’π πππ¬π for lunch. We ordered tempura shrimp π€ with veggies π₯ π₯¦ π soup π² salad π₯ and rice π. It was pretty good. Service was decent. Prices couldβve been more moderate in my opinion but hey everything is getting more expensive iykyk..
The food was great and came out really fast! Sidenote: The combo deal is really good for 2 hungry people. I liked the socially distant tables and the staff was thorough and nice. This was our first time at that location and we plan to go back soon!

Sushi is always excellent here. I'm very picky about eating anything raw, and this is one of the few places I will go. Service is usually decent, but even if your waitress is having a bad day, the sushi is worth it!
Super attentive staff, friendly and welcoming... Very nice looking fish and the rolls I had were very flavorful. It was a little late when I came here but I was surprised to find it not busy...you can't go wrong if you are looking for this type of food. Great quality, very reasonable prices and where I can't speak much to it, the wine list looked very good. If I come back to the area, I will definitely be back!
