My kid loves eating here as a once in a while treat. Usually we go drive thru but have eaten inside also. The team is always polite and they provide good service, frequent check ins to see if you need anything. Better than you get at some sit down places. It’s a pleasant customer experience. The burgers and shakes are pretty good too!

Today, I ordered via the S'n'S app, which went on the payment step and then crashed. I went into the store and spoke with the Mgr. He couldn't find the order, so he rang me up. After getting my food, my app order came up. The Mgr brought my food and told me to keep it and have me a refund on my 2nd order. Customer service was top-notch, and the food was great as always. Steak burger with fries. Yumm
Follow-on: My next several trips have been great as well. If any issues come up, they correct it right away. Love coming here

Food was quick and fresh. I ordered onion rings they were gonna take a lil longer settled for fries. Burgers buns and fries all fresh! Their eas a very sweet woman in the window. Pleasant experience!!

Received our food within 4 minutes, burgers were excellent and fries were just right! As a former employee at a Steak n Shake, it was perfect!

Every time I visit my parents, I make it my business to devour one of Steak n Shakes meals. Service is great, food is amazing and the price is right. I usually use the drive through however last week my mother and I decided to eat in and the place was clean, our table was spotless did not go unnoticed. Thank you Steak N Shake!

Management was very nice and helpful with our order. Food and shakes were great. Prices were even better. Happy hour is from 2-4 p.m. Half off shakes. Two of us ate for $13 total.

In my experience, they have always been great here! The food is super hot and the milkshakes are thick and full of flavor. What tops it off is the sweetest staff members are super bright and just make your day. I’m never there for longer than 5 mins as the food is always ready and I’m out.

Went here for shakes only. My daughter of course only wanted to play the claw game. But anyway the shakes are fantastic. Wiped cream doesn’t taste like anything however.

Let me start by saying I never review anything. I came to this location at 11pm on a Friday and this was not the typical Steak and Shake experience. My food was HOT, the employees were very nice. I’m still in the parking lot typing this. Usually it’s like why am I doing this to myself, but this was fantastic thank you!
