Came on a busy Friday night, we were genuinely greeted immediately and seated within 5 minutes. The wait staff was all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and proactive. They replaced drinks without asking, cleared used plates swiftly. The food was made as it should be, no complaints and delicious. We had not been to a chilis in years due to a bad experience at another location but we will be back here. It is a bit more than I remember cost wise but it was worth it.

Things started off a little slow for service. Waited almost five minutes at the table before seeing anyone, and it's not lunch or dinner service, so... But Melinda is an absolute sweetheart, never the less. Adore her!
The food quality was amazing, but only 3 stars because you guys brought me the wrong triple. Plus, the food is great, but the spice is just too intense. I got boneless garlic wings. Bottom of the scale. Like, what?
The atmosphere was fantastic with great music that had my one y.o. dancing. Absolutely excited to come back and try again.

We had the lunch pick 3 for $14.99; a drink, chicken enchilada soup (hot and delicious with large chunks of chicken) and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas (cheesy and crisp on the edges) only complaint-couldn't taste the bacon, we could see it, but the other flavors masked it. Service was quick and responsive. The food was timely, hot, good portion size, and what we ordered. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The aisles were wide enough for Mom's walker. She was able to turn it around easily without disturbing other guests. Our server offered to store it out of the way and brought it back to us after we paid.
We would eat there again.

The food was ok. I couldn't eat much so I ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes and they tasted very different. One was too garlicky and the other was just off. I ordered fries and they were very good. My friend had a double burger that looked amazing. She said it was the bomb!
The restaurant was very clean, the staff were all friendly. They had different sporting games in which was great. My server, Jenn, was absolutely amazing! Ask for her and tip her well. She was the sweetest!
I look forward to going back to visit my friend on a Friday or Saturday, so that we can patronize this establishment and be served by the best.

Food was very good. We used the air fryer on the fries as they were limp from moisture build up. They were good when reheated. We ordered the 3 for me menu item, appetizer, entree and drink. Price was right on this menu item.

Decent food. Staff is usually pretty attentive and friendly. Errors in food but they are quick to fix. Can’t beat the 2 for 1 happy hour. Just wish they didn’t come out at the same time, and then glasses were the same size and filled up. Decent amount of food at a fair price.
