Friendly staff, sandwich was good but think we got bottom of barrel fries, longest one we had was about 2 inches. But staff made up for it

We went to Arby's today, and Kendrick waited on us. Kendrick is a rare find he was so nice, friendly, and professional (a lost art in customer service). Kendrick is definitely an asset to this business.

Food was good. Drive thru person seemed like it was a bother that I was there.

The cashier took our order right away but, we had to wait a while for our food I guess they were more concentrated on the drive-thru.

Good food, great team, clean bathroom, good family atmosphere. Our only complaint is that the ketchup dispenser was either empty or broken, but the employee promptly gave us ketchup packets.

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Beef and Cheddar or the French Dip are two classic go to meals.

The restaurant was very dirty. Sodas were all over the counter. They had swept up some of the trash on the floor and then left it. We ate our meal and was leaving and the trash was still there. They weren't that busy, but one of the girls were busy talking to a friend.

This Arby's food is always great but employees seem to hate life. Makes me feel guilty about wanting good food. Makes food not so good. And survey doesn't get me free food or money off? Why do I do survey for you other than to vent then? I vent somewhere.

Good quality, taste and choices. Service is adequate. Price here is the same as the other fast food places. It has worked well for my tastes for a long time.
