Simply the best Starbucks on 27. The employees are all so friendly and say hi to everyone coming through the door. Kaitlyne took the time to explain everything my points could be redeemed for. Everyone is dressed up spectacularly for Christmas and it really gets you in the holiday spirit. Other Starbucks on 27 are closer to me but I’ll come to this one for the atmosphere.

We called for breakfast a few times during a recent stay in the area, and the food and drinks were always good. Service was reasonable - but sometimes it could be a little on the slow side if busy, and the drive-thru can backup at peak times.
Perhaps it's normal in the US now - but to ask for tips in a drive thru also seems a bit excessive to me.

September 3rd 2023: today was a quick visit at the drive-thru, but this location always has fast service. The food came out hot, the drinks came out iced. Exactly what we wanted, and very quick. Also, delicious!

Landon was super helpful today. He owned the moment and appeared willing to help. He was friendly and pleasant. As he wiped the counters I walked in, he welcomed me then left the counter and went to package my order.

This is my local Starbucks that I go to every day. I have to tell you that the team of baristas are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your order. I was observing Soliel today and I noticed that she made sure to acknowledge any customer that was waiting for their order, while making beverages at the same time. They are all superstars at this location and that’s why I go there every day on my walks.

One of the Best Starbucks in the Country!
From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are treated like family, dear friends, and VIP’s. The staff knows all the regular customers, recognizes when they have been absent for a while, and demonstrates sincere interest in each person, whether a regular or a first-timer. The entire staff is friendly, engaging, and involved in making the customer experience extraordinary. There is great camaraderie and friendliness among the staff. When the manager, Paige, arrived, two employees on a break let out an enthusiastic and audible cheer. I spoke to Paige after my visit and told her that I have been in Starbucks all across the country and this was one of the best. I did not tell her this, but walking into this Starbucks, you feel like a regular customer walking into Cheers and being warmly greeted by Sam and the whole gang.

They made my drink SO quickly and it was amazing. I’ve quite literally never had such a perfect pink drink and i order it the same every single time. It was delicious and everyone who worked there was so kind.
