Just called in for the first time. We loved it. I had the lunch portion of pulled pork - couldn't eat it all, hubby had full rack of ribs & our son had a steak burger. All meals were fabulous, our waitress was great. In and out in under an hour - perfect.
My grandson (6) and I have been there twice already and we love it. On our last visit 2 weeks ago the place was very busy. I didn't know who my actual server was at first until she came and apologized to me after we got our food. I asked her why she was apologizing because other team members took care of us..my drink order was filled quickly and our food came out piping hot..and I mean hot. My baby back ribs were fall off the bone tender. Clearly it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp. It was fresh and yummy. Because these servers have such a high level of teamwork, the service we received was top notch. Everyone helps each other. I was so impressed I had to call the manager the next day. Great food and amazing service...oh if other places adopted this type of service..just wow. We will be back!
Very good ribs and beef slices. We really enjoyed our dinner. Our waitress MS. Joannie was great and kind to us... Look forward to going back again before we leave town...
Having lunch at Oakwood Smokehouse in Minneola with my wife and 2 year old. The service was great, food was on point. One of the things I noticed was how clean this restaurant is. Will definitely be a return customer. They also have A+ rating on the Life kitchen app.
Smells great when you walk in here. Staff is great and very attentive. Some surprising finds on the menu, collard greens and Mac & Cheese rocked.
Came here for the first time for dinner! It was delicious, juicy, flavorful, looked appetizing, excellent value, etc. The full rack of ribs was on special today, ordered it with fries and onion rings. We also ordered a combo of smoked half chicken dark meat and smoked turkey with baked sweet potato and green beans. Both came with a tasty slice of garlic toast. The honey butter cinnamon sauce with the sweet potato was like a dessert! Everything, including service and atmosphere, was amazing! We would definitely come back!
I had the marinaded chicken breasts with sweet potato plain and green beans. Chicken very moist beans much better than last visit not too salty this time. Potato wasn't warm. Hubby had ribs. They shrunk I 🤔
Not really my kind of place but I would come back again. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The food was really good as well.
Excellent "chain" BBQ restaurant. Awesome server. Great tasting ribs, sweet potato, baked beans, and garlic Texas toast. I can't complain about the atmosphere but it was nothing to write home to Mom about. I'll definitely be back!
This was our first trip here and we were definitely impressed. The food was fantastic and decently priced especially for the quantity! Our service was outstanding. We will definitely be back! If I could change one thing it would be a better variety of beer.
First time visit even though I'm from this area.
Was underwhelmed by it, it wasn't busy which was nice but we found odd as it was 6pm on a Saturday. The food was ok, nothing to write home about, I got the pulled pork and it was dry and plenty of gristle or fat, which makes for an unpleasant meal. Doused it in sauces and ate it anyways haha.
Overall food was ok, staff was absolutely amazing. Our waiter was constantly checking on us and very polite.
Pricing seemed fairly high, 2 people, $58.
2 sweet teas, 2 orders of pulled pork, and corn Nuggets for an app.
While I'd likely recommend it, I won't likely be back.
This was my first time coming to Oakwood smokehouse. I just happened to see it passing by while working. I came in for lunch, got the half rack of ribs with chicken combo special with fries and baked beans. the food is absolutely delicious through and through. Nicole greeted ne as soon as I walked in the door and Emily took my order. everything was phenomenal, service, food, attitudes, drinks. and it just so happens they have an amazing view outside the front of the restaurant. I sat outside on their outside patio area and Joanie one of the waitresses came out and asked me how everything was going and said if I needed anything just let her know. A must visit for any BBQ lovers .
