Ihop

This is a two star review in comparison to other IHOP experiences (Rock Hill, SC and Apex, NC). No wait which was good but not typical for an IHOP. Food came out very slow compared to busier IHOP's- time stands still with small hungry kiddos. My pancakes smaller than other IHOps and they didn't have a choice of a sausage patty in lieu of links. Service attentive but kitchen slow. Food on burnt side as you can see in photo.

So good almost cleared both plates but got full I recommend coming here because it fulfilled all my expectations. Food was delicious and Service was awesome don’t listen to the bad reviews they are not true in my opinion. Waitress was very nice and was attentive to our table and their to take our order and food came out very fast no bad things in this review!

Um.....NO! I don't know where to start with this Ihop. This was the spot my husband and I came to the day after meeting one another. The food was good then....and so was the service. Service HAD always been good, that is why I stopped going to the one in Anderson. I ordered an egg white fajita omlete. My husband ordered the tbone steak.....MEDIUM WELL. I swear I heard that steak go moooo. It was so red. We didn't even get to tell our waitress what was fully wrong, she just took the steak back into the kitchen. Came back out and apologized and told us that they were cooking him another steak. 2 minutes later she brought the same one back out......still no where near medium well. Even though we knew it was the same steak, why LIE. My husband asked her what happened to the new steak . She said it was a different steak. My husband informed her that he could still see that part where he had cut the steak lol. She didn't have a response. We shouldn't have heard their conversation in the kitchen. I don't know if this is the norm for the weekends, but it was a BIG let down. We will not be returning to this restaurant

Restaurant is basically empty, only about 7 tables in the whole restaurant are occupied. We’ve been waiting on our food for more than an hour and our waiter hasn’t come to our table since we got here. We’re both out of coffee and water and he keeps walking past us. He told us that there are three cooks, “only one of which is good.” We asked our waiter for more water about 5 minutes ago and he hasn’t returned; I can see him standing with two other waitresses. Haven’t received our food yet. —Time Skip— 15 minutes later Just got our food, my eggs are hot but my French toast is barely luke warm. Disappointed.

This was the day that a short stack of pancakes was only $.58 from 7am to 7pm. The place was packed, of course. When I got seated it was just a few minutes before the waitress came to my table. She looked like she was running a marathon. I ordered a short stack and 2 eggs with unsweet tea. It took a few minutes longer to get my food, but I expect that with a limited time special. The food was delicious and the service was good. I even managed to take a short stack home. My only complaint was almost all of the tables had dirty dishes on them. Other than that it was great.

When this place first opened a couple of years ago, everyone was excited for it. It seemed like it was always busy possibly because it was still in its honeymoon phase, but it doesn't seem that way now. The food is good and the staff have always been friendly while I was there, but it takes FOREVER to go through the entire dining process. One day a group of about 8 of us went in for breakfast before work. It easily could have taken an hour before any of us got our food. A couple of friends left before food even touched the table because they were going to be late for work if they stayed any longer. I've been the only person in the dining room before and it still take 30 minutes to get my food. The place isn't awful... But you better have some free time if you're going to eat there

Never have been treated as so poorly as I was at IHOP tonight. We drove an hour to meet our family there. We waited an hour and 15 min for our food and it still never came. It was not crowded with only a few tables. The waiter never came and refilled drinks or gave us update. Finally when two of us got up to leave someone came out and said they were “behind”. Still they brought out half of our order but no pancakes that we ordered. We finally just all left since they would not bring our food.
