I love TCBY. I have the opportunity to visit both yogurt shops at Clemson and Greenville. Although both are delicious, the Clemson shop serves less and the price is more. Why I asked? the staff tells me the Greenville shop is traditional service. Whatever that means... can't see a family of 4 being able to spend $35 to buy your yogurt when you can get delicious yogurt in the supermarket.

I normally enjoy coming to TCBY. But whoever was working on 3/16/22 at 5:30 had by far, the WORST attitude. She was very short with us and we watched her bad mouth us to the rest of the people in the store after we had left. I expected better after having so many great experiences.

I had a great experience at this TCBY. They had many options and toppings available. Everything, including the restroom was clean. The service was great. Cashier very friendly. Excellent customer service!

Let’s just say… it’s not The Country’s Best Yogurt. Limited options, 6 flavors, no samples.

Soft serve options are different from the ones available in tub. Pay by weight options same for both. I highly recommend varieties of chocolate chip toppings, and the mango bubbles.

TCBY has a great selection of Frozen yogurt, Ice cream, and toppings. You can't going wrong stopping by for a treat. You pick your yogurt or ice cream flavor, then your topping, weight it and pay $0.56 per ounce. I enjoy bring my family here after a great day and having a great treat before headed home.

The yogurt was really good, as were the toppings. The only issue is that the floor was very slippery. It was raining outside and they didn't have a mat. Both my daughter and I nearly slipped just walking in. They did have caution wet floor signs but that didn't help since the moment you opened the door you nearly fell.

Absolutely rude service the second we stepped in there. The employee pointed and said “hand sanitizer and gloves” our first time in there We have never been here until now and before we had a chance to ask what we needed to do, he just copped an attitude. Did not enjoy that. Good yogurt, awful service.
