Jimmy John's

This location is okay. The staff was very pleasant!! The sandwich wasn’t as good as other locations I have gone to. You have to park in the parking garage location just around the corner. I think it’s about $1-$2 to park for the time you’ll be ordering your sandwich. We went during the day around lunch time and it wasn’t very busy. It is located on a college campus so I was expecting it to be busier.

IF I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 STAR RATING I WILL DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE AND GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION I JUST ORDER WITH JIMMY JOHNS THURSDAY NIGHT NOV. 11 2021 GAVE THEM MY CARD INFORMATION AND MYSTERIOUSLY MONEY STARTED BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACC. WHEN I CALLED MY BANK THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T TRANSFER FUNDS OR WIRE FUNDS THAT whoever did it had my card info and Jimmy Johns was the only place I called that week and made a transaction over the phone with my card info. mysterious money was not being taken off before I even placed the order with Jimmy Johns and I'm not careless with my bank information and handing it to whoever and whatever HOWVER this is NOT THE 1ST TIME I called and One of their employees pulled more money off my card MORE THAN what they was supposed to THEY GAVE THEMSLEVES THEIR OWN TIP & when I spoke to Dillan the store manager he assured me this will never happen again BUT I THINK THEY GOT ME AGAIN...WHICH EMPLOYEE IDK BUT IT DEFINITELY WAS ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES They Have SOME FOUL WORKERS THERE !!!!

Horrible. We had a coupon for a free sandwich, so we thought we'd try it. The bread was cold, dry, hard and tasteless. The fixings in it were minimal, the meats flavorless. It was assembled out of sight and without any Customer input. When I asked for more dressing, the sandwich just became oily...without any additional flavor. When I asked what was their niche, they said fast food. I'd rather have good food. I'll not go back... even if I get another free coupon. Bad. Very bad.

Took well over half an hour for a delivery that was less than a mile away. Called the store to alleviate this and the manager, Hunter, did not care and said he can't guarantee delivery times nor was it his problem. No apology, no understanding of the issue, nothing. Awful management and terrible service. In fact, corporate responded to the issue, but management and even the owner of this JJ did not reach out.
