The last several times I've been there the food has been ok. But, the tables are not clean and the garbage is overflowing. And why do they advertise being "Eco-Friendly" when every meal (including dine in) is served in a plastic bag?

Zaxby's restaurant ls are usually good food and fairly fast. For whatever reason, this location needs help. Its consistently very very slow. Like wait 30 minutes after you pay in the drive thru slow. This is not a one time fluke, it's happened enough now for me to write this review. No excuse to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot after paying for just 2 standard meals that should be ready in moments.

Food is usually decent. Fries are usually underdone and under seasoned, and sometimes the wings are not coated with enough sauce though. My biggest complaint though is the price increase. They have a lot of confidence raising their prices right as chick fil a opens back up, as well as giving me 4 out of 5 of the boneless wings I ordered, and no fork with my meal all in the same night.

Zaxby's is one of our favorite places to eat, however this location is consistently filthy. We went today and the window at the front was disgusting and full of food and flies. The bathroom was nasty and it looked like they hadn't swept the floors in a week.

I placed an order online for the Clemson location, and someone brought my order to the car. I did not check my order before pulling off like I should have, but I ordered wings with no sauce, however, there was sauce on my wings. Also, I ordered two drinks and after drinking all of my drink I took the lid off to eat my ice and I noticed hair in my cup. I am disgusted. I try not to complain, but I’d at least like to get what I paid for.

The food wasn't the problem, it was the place in whole. First off the little guy taking the orders was borderline rude. Then we went to sit down and ALL of the tables were dirty, the drink machine was spilling over with ice and the area had tea everywhere and then I only half of my order was given to me. I only ordered 2 meals!

When me and my mom went to order our food the person who was listening our order was okay we were waiting our food in a normal time but when me and mom went inside to wash our hands the place look really dirty and the place looked like a maze but we were washed our hands the bathroom looked really disgusting and it looked like it hasn’t been wash for years and the place look dirty but when me and mom went to eat our food the food was really hard to eat and it wasn’t fresh Zaxbys you need help
