Little Caesars

I hate to give bad reviews but this place earned it. The first bad sign was that the store was very dirty. The chairs, tables and floors had pizza sauce and crumbs all over them. You could tell the place hadn't been cleaned in some time. The second bad sign was that when I ordered a hot n ready at 6 pm (normal dinner time), they told me that it would be 15 minutes until it was ready because they didn't have any made. The third sign was while I was sitting there waiting for my pizza to be made, I watched as the workers would clean the cooking area and then touch the pizza without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Finally the fourth sign that really put me over the top was when I finally got my pizza the outside edge was burnt, the middle was visibly not cooked, and the slices were cut so unevenly that almost half of the pizza was in two slices. I immediately went back and got a refund; which was a major pain in itself because the receipt machine was broke. I understand you get what you pay for when you order a $5 pizza, but this place is unacceptable.

Called ahead and ordered so I wouldn’t have to wait for two deep dish pizzas for my family. Got there and brandy put the order in as two regular pizzas “hot n ready” why would I call in two hot n ready anyways? The staff is usually rude when I come in and when I walked in and saw the two working today I was hopeful for better service but again was disappointed. No apology, no sense of urgency, clueless poorly trained staff. Will be going to Pizza Hut from here on out.

Every single time we go in you have to wait 30 minutes for a pizza. Literally, your claim to fame is "hot and ready" but I have never been there when one single pizza was ready. Went in today and there was only one employee. You can't run a location with one employee. Close this location down and just don't try any longer. I will never go here again.

I've only had one bad pizza from here. For the most part it's what you'd expect for a 5$ pizza and are better than a frozen pizza at the same price. But my only issue is that they almost always have one (stressed out) employee working trying to take orders while also making the pizzas. For pizzas that should be ready to go end up taking 30 or 20 minutes.

If I could give less than 1 I would. I went in for the pretzel pizza and they were trying to give me some flat dough pizza edging that was totally unappealing. I didn’t even take it with me. I received a refund and I will not be going back. The people didn’t seem to be too concerned. The person who made it said the following in a matter of fact way, “ I put the stuff on there.” As if that matter to how the pizza was presented. The other person who took my order and didn’t seem to remember me from 10 min earlier seemed content serving me the pizza the way it was. She did offer to make me something else but I was already disappointed by that time with the pure lack of care for quality. I couldn’t imagine how it would have tasted! No wonder why they are a 3.2 rating,! I think based on my experience it should be much lower!

It's never ready...unlike what their slogan proclaims. Yesterday they didn't have the lunch deep dish combo because the dough smelled "funny". They also didn't have the new thin crust pizza they are advertising. They are the worst. Heard from the Manager today. Apparently, there was recent turnover and they are short handed. I was assured there was nothing wrong with the dough as it is made daily. I'm going to give them another chance. I'll update afterwards. As an aside, the Manager was gracious and apologetic, which goes a long way. Bad days happen, so if there is marked improvement, I'll change my rating.

Can't beat a $5 Pizza, but your experience at this particular Little Caesars will always be a hit-or-miss! Depending on the manager of the day, sometimes things are clean, organized, and efficient. However, you're more likely to come in on a day when the Icee machine is broken, the pizza is being served an hour or so after it's been made, the wait is 20 minutes or longer, the tables are dirty, and the trash won't have been taken out. $5 Little Caesars Pizza is it tradition for our little family each Friday night, so we will often leave feeling very satisfied, but other times we'll leave feeling very dissatisfied. I never complain too much because after all, it is only $5!
