Starbucks

I ordered the same thing I always ordered. Light ice at the starbuck target one. I ordered same thing at the clementon location. I have no problem ever before. But this is unacceptable. The one on the left is what I got today vs what I got before. Big difference? both light ice. Firstly they forgot my order bc I ordered on mobile for pickup instore. It’s new year so there is a shortage of staffs. I get that. They kept asking my name and what was my order when I go thru drive thru. I kept saying Zoe. She kept calling me Kelsie or Chelsie! How does that have anything in similarity? and then my Drink looked like they threw away half of it. she said bc I order light ice, shots and oatmilk. She said she could either put more ice or more milk for me? there s nothing she could do. you know I have spent so much money here and never had a problem. I would never come back here again. Also I haven’t drank it or spilled it to look like it’s half filled. fyi

We love this location and usually get a bag of coffee ground fresh. Today when my Fiancé came home with the bag it felt light. I second guessed myself thinking “no way it’s short”. My fears became reality when I poured the coffee into our canister. I kid you not, this is what we got. The coffee normally fills this jar to the line seen in the pictures. Crazy part of the whole thing is that there was some coffee already inside! I tried calling the store to see what happened to the rest of my coffee and the phone just rings and rings to no end. I just want my coffee 😭😩

My only reason for writing this review is for the morning Baristas matching my energy. However, I didn’t appreciate “The General Manager saying hello in casual clothes behind the register. It was very informal and inappropriate in my opinion. The barista was speaking with me about my drink and GM decided to interrupt her and me to tell her that inspectors were going to be doing stuff. A conversation that could have waited after me (the customer) was done ordering. Is this how all GM’s act? Inappropriately in all establishments.

I just had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. The women who took my order was very unpleasant and unhelpful. I asked for the medicine ball and she rudely informed me that they didn’t have it today. I asked for a citrus or mint tea and she said they didn’t have it. I asked again for clarification and THEN she said I have mint majesty. Once I got to the window, I told her I forgot to ask for sugar or honey and she told me to ask at the speaker next time. I politely said ok but asked if she could do it this time. She gave me attitude and again said next time ask at the speak and then asked how many sugars. She then handed my tea to me and closed the window. I sat there for a few minutes and then I beeped my horn to get her attention. First she gave me the “wait a minute” finger, then She came to the window and rudely said what’s up. I asked if she wanted me to pay and she said “yeah that’s my bad.” At this point I was tired of her rude behavior and poor customer service skills and asked to speak with a manger who “said all the right things” but spoke with sarcasm and constantly rolled her eyes while speaking to me. I frequent this Starbucks location and I have NEVER received this type of service. Please do better!!!
