We ordered online. We paid online. We checked in and our name came on the screen. We waited for over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and ice cream. They would not answer the red buzzer. I got out of the car to go to another stall. They did not answer that buzzer either. They would not answer the phone. We finally got our order after 30 min. The app needs a “cancel my order and refund my money because no one will respond to me” button.

They do a pretty good job, though I've had to wait 45 minutes a few Sundays ago. The food is good, but the wait is kinda crazy sometimes. Otherwise, the staff is nice and they usually are really good.

If it's the one in keene, TX they are the worst..we live 5 min from this place and the food is always cold! Half the time the order isn't right and alot of times we get we'll order a drink certain way get charged for it and they don't make it the way it was ordered/charged

Everything was so salty. Out food was wrong and missing items the girl was nice and helpful but honestly this experience ruined coming back to sonic. It's always something everyone we come. Not just this location

The Main street sonic is literally the worst sonic!!!!!
I have talked to the owner and still no changes have been made. I still have to think my horn to get anyone to take my order and when I get to the window the people are on their phones. Your order takes forever to get to you and half the time it's wrong.

Currently sitting in the drive thru, been sitting here going on 10 minutes. Now, some might say im impatient. But the thing is thats just the amount of time I've been waiting since i paid for a burger and a dog. Nothing special. I've came to the realization that this type of service has became the norm oh, i have written this entire review and still no food..
