Little Caesars

The children that run this place for the owner that doesn't care are worthless. No one in restaurant. No business. We are waiting for an order and they say it will be 10 min. I go in later to get a drink as we wait and the girl is on her phone. The little boy making the pizzas is on his phone. No one is doing anything!!! Not to mention the cook is just eating and walking around lost.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I called 4 times within different time ranges and then my friend called twice later as well and NO ONE ANSWERED! I drove up to the store and they tried to say that their phone number changed so I called the number as the worker went off to the back as everyone was agreeing with him. I CALLED THE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY AND THE PHONE IN THE STORE STARTED RINGING! Then a coworker answers it as a I hang up. Then a girl from the back rudely answered well when we get busy we can’t answer. Honestly they didn’t look to busy when I was in there. Just looked like they weren’t doing their jobs efficiently! I will NEVER BE getting food from here ever again. I drove all the way to the place to pick up my pizza after they wouldn’t answer because I wasn’t sure they were going to deliver. I was not rude at all when I came inside and asked them. I was just frustrated and I didn’t cause a scene either. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Waiting for a simple order for over 20 min and nothing. I asked for my money back and didn’t even get an apology. Will not be returning to this sorry excuse of a place. The staff on 12-15-21 at 5pm need to be trained better this is not ok. Very unprofessional and the manager is a joke.

Little Caesars is always the move. The crazy bread slaps, The Pizza always sells out so you know the next one you ordering is fresh. The wait inside the store isn't much of a wait, unless you ordered some specialty peetz, you're out of there just as fast as you can say "uh, yeah, can I get a H'n'R cheese, pepperoni, and some crazy bread?"
