Employees and owners are the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. An employee charged my card for another persons product and when I called 15 mins later when I got home to look at the receipt, I called and the employee told me he couldn’t do nothing bout it call tmrw. With a huge attitude toward my finance. So I called this morning and the owner, Dave didn’t give me time to speak just asked my phone number and then hung up. Did not get my name, the times, nothing. Just hung up the phone. I tried to call back and no answer. I find that very rude and completely disrespectful considering there was no care that his employee was inconsiderate nor cared about charging customers for the wrong things. The ladies that work there are extremely nice, but the owner I’m very shocked and rightfully angered that he didn’t even let me explain the rest of words. Nor got my name!!!!

They had this sign up for months and consistently refused to honor the price, even after making one big f’ing scene at the register. The owner went and ripped down the sign and said there never was a sign. I complained online and never heard back. The only redeeming feature was they sold loose rolls for exorbitant prices during the toilet paper shortage of 2020.

The owner needs to reprimand their employees for not wearing masks properly or at all. I went in last night (2/6/21) and the lady had it pulled down to her chin and was talking to someone at the counter. I've seen this lady on more than one occasion do this. The other cashier had her nose sticking out of her mask too. I understand it must be hard to wear a mask all day but have some decency to pull it up when someone is at the counter! You have a large sign stating customers must wear a mask when they come in, how about you make your employees do the same. This 7-11 has really gone downhill through the years. Especially with the cleanliness of the place. I don't think I'll be shopping at this 7-11 anymore.
