Wonderful Find. Delicious, quality food, pleasant staff and cozy ambiance. This restaurant may not seem like much to look at from the outside as the strip mall they are located in is aging, but we are so glad we found this place! Our favorite destination at least a few times every month, we have enjoyed it every time. Staff are friendly and remember us when we come in. Cozy decor, tastefully including metallic gold colored walls.
How to do a business lunch right. I've been going to Thai Spice for lunch for many years, and they have been consistently great. They have a very generous lunch special, great quality, and great service. They also understand how to do a business lunch. Business people have limited time for lunch, but you can easily get your soup, salad, spring roll and entree and still be out of there in an half hour. I've never had a screw-up on the food in over 30 visits. The only time it took longer than usual was when there was a huge take-out order they were working on.
Favorite dishes there are green curry, panang curry, and drunken noodle. Their duck is okay but not as good as Ban Thai across the street (I haven't found many places in this area that do duck well). I highly recommend this place if you work in the area. It's a casual but nice atmosphere, friendly waitstaff, and quality dishes for very reasonable prices.
Best Thai food in Clearwater. I have tried a dozen other Thai restaurants and I keep coming back to Thai Spice. I've never had a bad entree. They have the best tofu, I get it every time I go and I'm the furthest thing from a vegetarian. The owner is very nice. The food is always fresh. I highly recommend this place!
Best Thai in Tampa Bay. We've tried them all - this is the best. Check out the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and chicken, or the drunken noodles. Really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. This is a small, cozy place, appropriate for a date or small family dinner. Get there early on the weekend if you don't want to wait..

I was there with three other folks. We are all Seniors. The food was fantastic, the service friendly enough, but our wait person spoke very little broken English. One in our party is 82 years old, and barely weighs one-hundred pounds. The chef/owner refused to let her order from the kids menu. She cancelled her order altogether. Thai Spice lost four customers by not being a little flexible. We won't go back. Sad, because the food was soooooo good. The Pad Thai was supreme. We couldn't communicate what we wanted for salads, and reverted to their house salad. Tomatoes weren't ripe. The peanut dressing tasted and looked like honey-mustard. Our most senior person resorted to splitting a dinner which put Thai Spice in a position where they received less revenue from our table by not letting the senior lady order from the kids menu. It's sad when a customer requests and is told no to such a simple request. If senior business is discouraged in Florida, that business will soon downfall and eventually become just another statistic of the economy. Better rethink priorities if you want to stay in business.
Careful on the spice!. Good food and good service. We ordered medium spice........a little spicier than other mediums. Good portions. I will be back!

Nice Little Thai Restaurant. This is a nice, little, cozy neighborhood Thai restaurant. The food was good quality and priced decently. The service was very friendly and attentive. I'm very picky when it comes to Thai food (since I normally eat homemade), and this is definitely good quality food. I don't eat at many Thai restaurants, but I would eat here if I needed a quick fix!
Stand Out from the Crown. The Tampa Bay area is awash in Thai Rest. this is by far the best I have tried. The food is high quality, fresh and well spiced. The service is excellent, the atmosphere small and cozy. I highly recomend for lunch.

This place is amazing. They make the best Pad Thai I have ever had. It is a little bit more expensive that other Thai places but the food quality and the taste is worth it. I'll be back!
Takeout was amazing!! Hostess was so caring with everything and even made sure we all got a complimentary dessert. Pad-see-ew was awesome!
I had enjoyed this restaurant in previous years. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai to my delight it was much improved. I learned the restaurant had new management. They have made new improvements especially in the taste of the food. It has been renewed as a number 1 on my list.
Amazing flavored dishes come out of this kitchen.Chicken Pad Thai was excellent.Assorted stir fry's to choose from along with an array of sauces.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
The sauce was just right, not greasy at all and full of flavor! Not heavy on your stomach but I promise you'll leave full. Great options for vegans too! The awesome taste and fresh quality was matched with amazing service, and fast too! We'll be back for sure.
I had their pang nang currie and my husband had pad thai, both dishes were delicious. We will definitely eat there again.
