Subway

No stars would be better. It’s 9:23 am and the doors say they open at 9 and google says they open at 11 but the girl smoking on the side of building says they open at 10. Someone needs to get the opening time in order. The person prepping motions her hand to go away instead of answering at the window the correct store hours. If you don’t like your job quit and find something you like to do. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Show some respect to customers or they will go somewhere else like we did. And they were so much better.

Store manager ANDREW was very rude and in professional. He used foul language and refused to allow me to pay for and get my order after I complained of him reaching over my sandwich witch was being made by another rude employee. His Very Dirty jacket touched my food and I did not want it. He was very rude and threated to call police on me so I waited outside for them to come. I did nothing wrong. No employee had mask on. DO NOT GO HERE

I just went to this location 10 minutes before 7 o’clock the rude lady that was working Turned around and told us that after the customer in front of us she’s not serving anyone anymore because she’s closing in 10 minutes that is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever been through If that was my store she would not be working for me if the store is supposed to close at 7 o’clock then that’s when you close not 10 minutes before because you’re rushing to get out of there horrible horrible service I do not Recommend this subway location

Bad reviews at completely false. I've never been mistreated here or even served in any less capacity than anyone else. Servers are really polite and even like to shoot the bull with you when they aren't swamped. Some of the employees are a little slow in terms of building the sandwich but they like to get it right. Do not let these negative reviews deter you the service is fine, it's very clean often mopped when I walk in, clean restrooms. Try it before you judge.

I walked in to this Subway and ordered a sandwich and drink. The employees were on point, they made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it quickly and washed their hands first and put on gloves. The only problem with the visit was my fault, my card was declined a few times. They were patient with me and all smiles while I counted out a couple bucks in change and ran my card again.... And failed again. They were cool I called my bank figured out the problem and finished checking out. I was a little embarrassed but the staff made me feel welcome anyway. Oh and the sandwich was great. Thanks Guys!
