Mcdonald's

I ordered through the drive thru and the screen with the menu wouldn’t work. I told the person I can’t see the menu and her response was oh I’ll have to tell my supervisor, then did nothing about it. So I had to pull it up on my phone to find the menu. I asked for the buttermilk crispy chicken meal and online it said it came with lettuce , tomato, Mayo and so on. I told them I don’t know the number for the meal , the person taking my order didn’t even ask to confirm what I was getting. I get home and look and it’s a piece of chicken on a bun with two pieces of pickle. Oh and I was also cold. Horrible not even what I asked for!!! McDonald’s is never the best but wow it just keeps getting worse. This McDonald’s needs to do better! Get the order right the first time it’s not that hard!

This girl was rude as hell from the very first second I pulled up to the speaker. She told me “place your order” I said I have a DoorDash pickup and proceeded to give her the code and she YELLED into the speaker “Hold on!” The other car behind me even made a comment because she was so loud. Then I get to the first window and she’s there demanding that I moved forward? Forward where exactly? I was behind a car I would’ve hit if I had listened to her. She obviously felt the need to be rude furthermore. I reported her to the manager and asked that he talked to her and all he said was “ok.” No apology. There’s absolutely no professionalism here. I work in a big restaurant I know it can be frustrating, but this not how you handle it. Good luck..

I called back after getting getting the wrong food and spoke with Robert asked for a refund , but was denied Reberto asked me to bring the food back to get a refund , I would bring it back but my time is worth more than my gas and drive is not work going back there I clearly asked for a refund and was denied.. I hope Roberto learn more about customer service. Roberto should go back to Mexico !!

the menu has changed a lot, and not in a good way. a lot of the good items were taken off and all the prices have gone up too. for a small sandwich with only pickles added it cost 7.39, i think that speaks for itself. and to add to the fact that everything is over priced, the staff is terrible. they mess around and barely do their job, i went up to ask for a ranch and called out “excuse me” to a girl that was right in front of me with her back facing me and this girl was on her phone >:( i called out again and she continued to ignore me. i do have to admit i love the french fries so i have it a +1 star
