I had the pleasure of visiting the Mangroves Cafe, and among the amazing staff, I had an opportunity to meet the amazing staff while enjoying my choice of meals. As a native from the island, flavor is very important to me. I had an opportunity to try the salmon and avocado croissant which was delightful. I also had an opportunity to also try the Cuban which too was very flavorful! Thank you Mangroves for setting the pace in the food industry to delivering excellent client service foods that’s pleasing to the pallet!

I'm happy to find a great place to drink a good cappuccino, and a very, very good breakfast. Really, you need to eat the cubano sandwich. Thanks to Dan and the others, very kind employees. You made my morning, a happy and delicious experience! I will recommend to visit them.

Terrific breakfast and coffee! My mom and I stopped by here for our only morning in St. Petersburg and the food is delicious. The Cuban sandwich is the perfect pick-me-up! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making our morning fun and yummy!

Came in quickly yesterday during my short lunch and the two gentlemen who working here were just so kind and welcoming. I felt like not only a valued customer but part of the team! Good food too and menu. Thank you workers for being wonderful and just lovely human beings. 5 stars over again! Great place to visit, good vibes and clean and well decorated.

I came in with my family for lunch. The sandwiches were delicious! I had a chicken salad croissant and my wife had a Turkey chicken Cuban. She said it was the best Cuban she’s ever had. My cafe con leche was great as well. The staff was very friendly. The cashier patiently helped us order and offered recommendations. The manager/owner even gave my toddler some candy as a gift.

I was invited to come and get an amazing Cuban and I did. The El Cubano was made fresh with boar's Head meat and pulled pork and my Mona Lisa smiles smoothie is refreshing and sweet. Very satisfied.

Owner is very personable and makes you feel welcome as soon as he sees you. Food is made in front of you and definitely worth a return trip. Menu is varied without being overburdened. Rewards program for free 8th item means coming with friends one day could get you a free sandwich in your next lunch break.
