After waiting longer than normal, I get home to see my medium fries look like a child size due to not being filled. My burger was cold, and even though I said no ketchup and it was read back as such, it had ketchup. Ketchup literally makes me vomit. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I didn’t go back to have it fixed because it’s raining and I don’t want to get out again. Two thumbs down.

They lack in customer service, communication, and teamwork. I was just there. Check your team. The one older lady there slams things and looks miserable. The kid in front doesn’t know what he’s doing. He did not acknowledge me. Was standing right in front of him waiting patiently and he didn’t even address me. He helped someone else first who jumped in front of me. Waited 20 min for a to go order that was placed online.

When I walked in with my parents we were the only customers and had a hard time finding a CLEAN table. Seriously, every table and/or booth seat was dirty. The floor was STICKY every inch throughout. There was no coffee (we should have asked first) and when I stood at the counter the cashier said we are just waiting for my burger. The burger that was neatly wrapped and in the woman's HANDS while she joked with another guy? For like, 2 minutes? I'll skip talking about the white-ish pink tomato slice and the weird tasting fountain drinks. All 3 of us hit our bathroom upon returning home. Will stay far away from this location.

Went through the drive thru tonight. I am a busy mom and was just exhausted today. So figured fast food will have to do.. placed our order, the young lady at the window was rude. Then I get home and they are missing like half our items. I was missing the chilli for my taco salad, a baconator and a small fry. I tried calling them but there phone number is disconnected. These people want 12/hr but can't even get it right.

So disappointed with this particular location. In the last two weeks they have not been open at 6:30. (Probably more) I drove through the drive thru at 6:45am on both days and the restaurant was not open, even though the employees were there. Such an inconvenience! Who ever is managing this particular location really needs to get it together! Or change the start time to 7:00am.
