My wife is an Asian ordered the noodle soup , on the menu the food looks worthy , but when you see the actual order it's horrible !!! The beef combo are all noodles and there are 3 very thin and small slices of beef and 4 slices of fake meat balls. This place is horrible ! Not going back here at all ! Just take your money to the Asian buffet and you'll be satisfied. !

I see a lot of negative reviews but I always get great service from the man I believe is the owner, is always friendly and gives good service. Hit and miss with the ladies that work there but even with them the service is anywhere from okay to good
Always get the same thing, the veggie pho and it's fantastic. Wouldn't expect it in the food court of a mall but I enjoy eating here!

I asked for a thai tea with no ice and no boba and they charged me $2 for no ice so I said okay fine I’ll take the ice then and it was still $7 and I thought it was weird bc I get this all the time and it was no more than $5 and then they end up making a frozen drink which isn’t what I order and that’s why it was so expensive and they told me no returns I just wanted the difference in prince not a full rerun very rude female worker

Located in the Countryside Mall's food court, stands Pholicious. I typically make my rounds of the food court always taking the samples offered up by several of the restaurants but today I decided to actually spend money. When Pholicious first opened a few years ago, I don't recall them offering Banh Mi sandwiches, just Pho for the most part which I am not a fan of.
However, a few weeks ago I noticed they were now making Banh Mi sandwiches with an assortment ranging from Beef, Chicken and Tofu. My wife is a vegan so she gets the Tofu and I, the grilled chicken. The people that work there are so nice, so accommodating, ordering couldn't be any easier. You order, pay and wait a few minutes before being served. There are multiple tables available to sit and eat your lunch. The Banh Mi consists of carrots, cucumbers, daikon and Cilantro on a toasted baguette or hoagie roll. In this case it was a hoagie roll but perfectly toasted. Sometimes they include a jalapeno pepper but I didn't see one which was ok. The sandwich was fabulous, yep, I said fabulous. Best part, $4.99 each. Can't beat the value. We will definitely be back.

Got the strawberry and taro boba teas. The strawberry was better than the taro. Wish there were some options for boba sans the milk. The staff members were very helpful and kind.

Horrible!!! Bought large Thai Milk Tea with boba yesterday I couldn’t drink it until I added more cold water when I got home because it was so sweet like drinking melted sugar. They need to slow down with sweetness, Not everyone like sugary drink!!!

I almost never leave a review but this was just so bad. Most tasteless boba I've had to date. Ordered mango boba smoothie and it tasted nothing like mango. Tasted so bad that I couldn't even finish it after a couple of sips.

Pho is delicious and my favorite is the Shrimp roll fresh tasting and the sauce it comes with is so delicious if I could give 10 stars I would . The staff are friendly and help you pick a good choice if you don’t know what you want.
