Taco Bell

This was the best Taco Bell experience I've had in years. It was 11:00 at night and the drive-thru is extremely busy and yet they were moving cars through very quickly. The order taker was very polite and the window person was very polite. The food was full of ingredients, was hot and fresh, and tasted delicious. I wish my Taco Bell near my house was half as good as this one.

The manager at this Taco Bell went above and beyond to take care of my sister and me. They were having trouble with their credit card machine and it froze up trying to process my payment. Even though they hadn't been paid, he gave us the food we ordered. After I was done eating, I asked him if the payment went through and he said no. I told him to try and run it again because I didn't feel right about leaving without paying, even though he indicated that we could. He ran it again and it went through. My sister was still hungry, so I told him I'd like to order a bean burrito and this time, I'd pay cash. He handed me the burrito and refused to charge me for it. Such a great guy. He made my day. I wish I had gotten his name, but I do know it was around 1:30pm today.

I didn't even get my food. I was told o.m.g. caused I asked 2 questions and told I should know what comes on something if go to eat somewhere. Then cut off before replying being asked do I want my food or not"? I said, no thanx and left and will not return for a while because I'm sure she won't have a job long and hopefully the replacement is better.
