Jimmy John's

I'm only giving them a 3-Star because the delivery is definitely not freaking fast as they saying in the commercial ..... I ordered from them pretty often for the people at my job. they're literally less than a mile away I will say .6 and besides one time that they came within 20 minutes each and every time it takes them 45 minutes to an hour to deliver two or three sandwiches.....!!!! besides that the sandwiches are fresh and good

07/13/2021 I came in today at 11:45AM and asked for a #9 in an Unwich (meaning wrapped in lettuce instead of bread). The staff was really rude and even hostile. I tried to leave as quickly as possible but one of their lineworkers tried to verbally engage me in a verbally combative exchange. THEN - I get to my office to discover they didn't even get my order right. Awkward, uncomfortable, unpleasant, overpriced and super certain my Jimmy John days are Freaky Finished!

2 stars because I love Jimmy Johns but this is the freaky slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever used. When I called them about it they were rude as well and told me it had "only" been 30 minutes... sandwich ended up taking 45 minutes... that is not Freaky Fast. Sorry that your other stores are so fast and you can't live up to the JJ reputation I suppose...

With the exception of the first time I ordered, they have always been relatively fast, just like they advertise. That one time they were slow, the guy had a good reason (massive rainstorm), so I had no problem. The food always tastes good and I have yet to have a true complaint. Every time I go in person to the store, the staff is kind and works hard. They seem to be fairly understaffed though, as its normally one person doing EVERYTHING when the delivery driver is out, but that one person doesn't quit working, so 5 stars out of 5. Good job Jimmy Johns!
