Added extra chicken, which I paid an extra $1.24, to the chalupa supreme and I get extra sour cream but little to no chicken. Also said no tomatoes but there was a ton of tomatoes that I had to pick out one by one. They also forgot one of my drinks which I had to tell them before they closed the window. Never going back to this Taco Bell again.

Ordered 2 beefy 5 layers add red sauce and onion got no red sauce on either, chicken quesadilla with extra sauce got no sauce barely any chicken and mostly cheese on half, and a chalupa supreme no tomato and all there was on it was sour cream and a dash of lettuce. If this is the kinda service we get here as regulars we will not be returning here again

This location on east bay has not been our favorite location. They are very slow and when went the last time they were out of beef. Not sure how they did that but I'm assuming a change in management somehow up the line needs to be done. Other time our food was cold and the soda was flat. Won't be going here to this location again anytime soon.

The WORST black bean crunch wrap supreme! Looked very flat, opened it up, just lettuce & tomatoe maybe equalling 1/4 cup. Paid extra for quac as well which is not there. No black bean either. We paid $20 for our meal. The other half meal didn't have any cheese. What is happening with service?!

I stop here often to get my nephews a 12 pack of nacho tacos supreme & they're always fast and delicious, great customer as well.

we were told they couldn’t take two separate orders and then completely left beans out of my crunch wrap supreme. i ate the WHOLE THING looking for beans but i couldn’t find any. i had a sour cream crunch wrap supreme. my other crunch wrap burrito fell apart and juiced salsa juice all over my lap. the napkins weren’t enough to stop the juice. now i need to get new levi shorts. WHERE ARE MY BEANS
