We were there at 11:10 am (10 mins after switching from breakfast —>lunch) the fries were soggy quarter pound dry and burnt chicken nuggets were fresh but otherwise totally blah and disgusting they still have their drink station closed so you can’t get your own drinks and a whole section of the restaurant was closed sorry to say but COVID isn’t going anywhere stop using it as an excuse to be lazy and not do your job! Overall gross disgusting and will not be back at this location 🤮

I wish I could give this McDonald more than 5 ⭐️ x10000… We stopped for breakfast at this McDonald today because our girls had a Karate tournament and the service and the staff was AMAZING!!🙌💯 We ended up stopping again in our way back home for lunch. Leah, helped us both times. She was so professional and welcoming, she even wished our girls good luck as we were leaving and when we stopped for lunch the girls were excited to show her their medals and she bought them Ice Cream. Now, I’m not taking the time to write this review because my girls got free ice cream, but because not only our experience was the BEST we had experienced at a fast food restaurant from all the places we have lived and visited all around the country, but the ALL the staff was friendly, smiling, polite, professional and caring. This includes from the once in the back to the cashier, to the lady cleaning, the one running the fries 🍟 line, everyone was AMAZING!! This McDonald’s ambience should be replicated to ALL fast food restaurant. You can constantly hear the staff complimenting, encouraging, and acknowledging each other, like I heard Leah say “Great Job guys” multiple times both in the morning and later on the day. Please management if you’re seeing this review, please share it and even contact me if you would like more details on what an AMAZING experience we had at this place. You guys made our day and our friends too because we brought friends back when we came for lunch and without us sharing our previous experience they were able to experience first hand the 20,000 + stars ⭐️ service!!!! I wish I would have had the time to write all the staff’s names down, because they were ALL AMAZING!!!! If you’re in Tampa area 1000% recommended 🙌🎉❤️

This is absolutely the best McDonald's I have been to, and I have dined at many McDonald's in the U.S. and Internationally. The customer service is always great and my food prepared properly. I appreciate the fact that if there is an error they will fix it with no complaints. My experience had always been the morning crew between the hours of 6am-10am. I can't speak for the afternoon or evening crew. The friendliness of the morning crew will set the tone for a great day. That's hard to find nowadays. It's easy to see that they work well together as a team and that they enjoy their job. The consistency has been this way for years, so hats off to the morning manager because it starts with you!
