I came during the day at around noon and ordered on foot at the window. I ordered two single items. It took almost a half an hour to get my food. I don't mean to complain, but I left a co-worker in the vehicle and told him I would be right back. "Real quick," I reassured him, as I smiled and confidently slammed my driver's side door. When I came back he exaggeratedly exclaimed that I wasn't quick at all, to which I replied, "Sorry, bro."

Colleen failed to return my debit card. When I realized it I was 20 minutes away. Not happy. So I come back and asked for her to give my card back and was asked for my ID even though she knew it was mine and had apologized. I'm just trying to figure out what happens if someone doesn't have ID and that person CLEARLY recognized him/her. The white guy asking me for the ID thought it was really funny when I told him the cash tag that was on the FRONT of the card in plain sight. Like why torture me? I already had to drive back here while I was in a rush already. On a lighter note my FAVORITE crew member was your virtual assistant! She was perfect. You need more of her....she wouldn't forget to hand the card back.

I based my rating off my latest experience. 6 months + ago I would have said 1 star. But there was no 30mins in the drive thru, broken speakers or rude employees this time. We used the drive thru, ordered a decent sized order, $20/9-10 items. We only waited a few mins in line before ordering. Employee was friendly, got my entire order & quick. We did check before leaving {obviously} & we were missing a Large fry. We went to the window & they got us our fry quickly. Total time of pulling in & getting out food- only about 10mins. And it was all super fresh & tasted good. Only other note: why is there only 3 nuggets in the chicken bite box now?!?!

Absolutely horrendous, we ordered from here on Uber eats. The driver told us he ended up spending 20 minutes arguing with the staff about the order because they had messed things up. Normally I wouldn't take the word of others into account if I wasn't there personally, but when we received our food we were missing a good 80% of our order. We got a refund but I urge people to stay away from here. Their corporate office needs to shut this location down as there have been multiple issues with rude staff

Went there last Thursday to get burgers while waiting for the bus out front. There was a heavy set blondish? Woman working the order window. Her gloves had holes all in them, there was hardly anyone there and made us wait almost 10 minutes to take our order. She moved like a snail & had the personality of a snow pea. (We usually eat there like once a week and have dealt with her before) we FINALLY got our burgers, sat on bus stop bench to scarf them down before the bus came any minute. Both our double checkerburgers were COLD. not even warm! Total waste of $10.00.
