5 stars well earned and I don’t give 5 stars. Great prices, fresh food, fantastic customer service. I came 16 hours away and worth it! If in this area I will return. Let me elaborate… seated fast, checked on often, menu explained on items if not sure of what they were. Fantastic selection on the menu, bathroom clean, no flies, cold drinks, plenty of napkins, not being rushed, food flavor as expected!
Awesome, chef quality authentic Colombian cuisine, without the white linen, stuffed shirt atmosphere that is too common in the Tampa area recently.
I almost didn't want to review it, because I wanted to keep it to myself, lol.
If you want to escape the humdrum corporate restaurant scene, you won't find a better choice within 50 or 60 miles...

I had frijjoles com garra , it was superb. My hubbie and my son loved their dishes too. Also super affordable!
We were looking for something different for dinner and decided to try Columbian, so found LA Pollera Colorada and I had the pulled pork, it was amazing. Hubbies had the seafood soup and it was fantastic as well. You have to give this place a try
The gentleman (owner I assume?) when you enter is so attentive and gives you a warm welcome. The building doesn’t look like much, but the food was amazing. The sausage appetizer was full of flavor. I had fried grouper- excellent taste and a huge portion.
My husband got the whole snapper with the soup/sauce (I can’t remember what it was called) and it was SO delicious. The soup was a perfect addition to the snapper. The plantains were like candy. I even got a side order to take back to my hotel - best ones I’ve ever had. I left stuffed to the brim, and so impressed with the food. If you’re in the area- DO NOT skip this place. I WILL be back next time we’re in Clearwater!!!
The food is so tasty. Bandera paisa comes with Salad, main dish, and dessert too😁. So much for one person 🙄 😇
