Staff was super friendly. I was very pleased. Until I took a sip of my tea and it all pours on my clothes.. I look at the cup and see that they placed the broken cup inside of a good cup instead of just replacing it all together. Being broken the lid wouldn't stay which is why I ended up wearing my tea.

Coming from a partner of Starbucks, as we walked into the store the smell was like a light oder of a gym locker. The barista was nice but only one partner was working at the moment. There were about 3 people who were in front of us ordering and it took 10 minutes just for them to take my order. Also when I went to the bathroom the soap dispenser was broken. I've never had problems like this at this store before. The drinks were still good, just not sure what was going on at the store.

Always have been going here whether by vehicle or on my Trek! Awesome Service and awesome outdoor bistro cafe settings! Always had loved it! Coffee here tastes better and fresher than the one in the Mall plus always friendly, smiling folks!

It's a Starbucks. You've been to one, you've been to them all. Weather was great and sitting outside was nice. Tea was tasty. Only issue I had was was an unpleasant smell outside the front door. Other wise nothing to write home about.

So like this is a Starbucks near the Countryside Mall. And like it's pretty good. The staff seemed friendly because a friendly attitude makes a difference in the experience. So that's cool. The space has an interesting shape, it's non-conventional. That's cool, too. Overall, it's Starbucks and it's pretty cool, man.

Great staff and service but can't use outside area to eat or drink. No one pays any attention to the do not smoke signs and tables are always dirty. Ash trays are full. Why even have ash trays if non smoking?

How are you gonna leave your one worker who doesn’t know any of the coffee ingredients while 5 or 6 people have been waiting for 15 to 20 minutes? Irresponsible if your having a rough day leave it at home. I serve tables that get food delivered quicker than that. Major disappointment.

Every Thursday I call in a large order to pick up for my office. They are always friendly and have the order ready when I get there. They make everything easy! Love this Starbucks staff!
