Dunkin'

Not surprised this Dunkin is gone. It used be be good but It has gone down hill fast. The employees that worked there were horrible. They put up a sticky sign up that they went to lunch for over an hour so now there was no way to order. It was done so many times and didn’t bother to remove the stickers from the plexiglass that you could barely see through it anymore. The guy with the curly hair was as mobile as an orange traffic cone. There was a short little person that worked there but could never make anything right and would say can’t make sandwiches because wasn’t trained and didn’t know how. Never saw any management either but the workers there didn’t want to work and would show that they didn’t want to be bothered. You were lucky if your order was made right. Very sad the way that place was run and nobody cared. Bye bye Dunkin ☠️

The guy made a blueberry macchiato instead of a blueberry matcha because I guess they were out of matcha. I was not asked about this, I tried it, and it was disgusting. I asked to have the same drink without the blueberry and it was made exactly the same. So I drank the nastiest coffee I've ever had. I was then told another item I ordered was out of stock and got an alternative. I understand that the guy is "only one person" (as he told me,) but he moved like molasses in January. The line was ridiculous. Never go to this location! Update: I'm adding a couple stars for DD responding to me and compensating me for my trouble.

Usually pretty good service. Young guy working this morning looked like he was miserable. He’s there often but usually works at nights too. He has a bad attitude with customers. Please fix. Update 3/13/21 : Same guy still working here, gave the wrong cheese on a bagel. Didn’t mention they were out of anything. The lack of enthusiasm and friendliness doesn’t make me want to come back.

They were not that busy yet they were extremely slow. The staff was cold and distant and didn't make me feel welcome. Customer service these days is really lacking in most places that really need to consider that face-to-face clientele needs to be treated with more respect. Especially if you want them to return when there's so much choice to go elsewhere.
